R01-Computer Vision Research Scientist

Our team’s focus is to develop next-generation AI research and system with specific interests in computer vision, 3D vision, and its connection to robotics and cognition. A candidate should have a strong interest in one or multiple of the following topics.
· Semantic segmentation, object detection, and tracking.
· 3D from single-view image, 3D from RGB-D, 3D from multi-view images or videos.
· SLAM, sensor fusion, and camera calibration.
· 3D shape and geometry analysis, 3D representation learning, vision and graphics.
· Human pose and shape reconstruction, human-object interaction, virtual humans.
· Video understanding, action recognition and prediction, intention and attention.
· Physical and social interaction, human communications. · Motion capture, synthetic environment, virtual reality, augmented reality.

岗位职责
· Work with leadership, computer vision researchers, and cross-functional teams to develop and pursue a vision for human understanding.
· Research and develop advanced computer vision and machine perception technologies.
· Work towards long-term ambitious research goals while identifying intermediate milestones.
· Influence the progress of relevant research communities by producing publications.

岗位要求
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
· Ph.D. in computer vision, machine learning, applied mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
· Strong publication in top conferences or journals, such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, AAAI, IJCV, TPAMI.
· Demonstrated experience or ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Experience in at least one of the programming languages and tools: C/C++, Python, Pytorch.
· Ph.D. in computer vision, machine learning, applied mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
· Strong publication in top conferences or journals, such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, AAAI, IJCV, TPAMI.
· Demonstrated experience or ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Experience in at least one of the programming languages and tools: C/C++, Python, Pytorch.
